I dont know why but...
The engine is at 1500rpm while turning steering wheel or the heater or AC is on, if i cut the electrical consumption the idle is 700rpm again.
IS my alternator causing this problem?

Sounds like loose belt but if you tightened maybe the alternator pulley.

Not the heather, just the rubber tube from the air mass meter to the throttle body.
