New o2 sensors, new fuel filter, new plugs, wires, about to do the cap and rotor soon (have the parts just haven't installed them), PCV valve. So I honestly dont know...

Well I put the seafoam into the car through a vacuum hose like it said and it kicked out a crazy amount of carbon out of the exhaust, I mean to the point it look like a small bomb went off so we'll see how it is after a day or 2

Oh it was an emissions test? Check your 02 sensors, if they're fouled up they might be able to be cleaned.
