i own a 93 mx-3 ive been told that i should run a kl31 or kl36 ecu because it will run better then the probinator chipped k8 ecu is this true?
Also i took a look at my ecu and since its a 93 its obd1 will all kl31/36 work and where can i find a adapter to fit my diagnostics input?

KL-ZE running issues
i have a 93 mx-3 with a klze. It has k8 ecu and intake manifold. .the car wont start..i have a curved neck klze IM and kl-36 ecu on thje way but shouldnt the car start anyway ?as soon as the motor was dropped in it turned over and ran for about 10 seconds then shut down. any suggestions to whats wro...

I know that you have answered this question probably many times but I have just recently installed a kl-ze into my 1993 MX-3 gs. I had problems with clearance with the ZE intake manifold because it had a straight neck and not curved. I sourced the IM off of my 1.8l and I am having trouble getting it...
