My timing belt wants to wonder off. this aint right it's rubbing the block a bit. ? is there supposed to be a washer behind the crank gear, it seems like if there was it would correct this problem. But I've checked manuals with no luck on schymatics.

Re: street legal performance muffler?

oh and if you want to win in court tell the jp the purpose of a muffler is to supress sound and in todays world of modern technology we no longer need baffled mufflers to do so because we can use resonance cancelation. also remind the court the law merely states your muffler must work but does not s...

Re: street legal performance muffler?

the power gains are not even noticeable. put on a cherry bomb turbo and be done with it. It sucks when you consideer all the harleys with no mufflers. but it's about respect(you /I are young punks) screw us. right? you can stand up like I do go to court argue like sin win a few cases then have them ...

Yah I saw that 5 degrees is enough for a 1/4 bar of boost with good fuel. when I build it I will show you my top secret invention. I'll use the stock ecu to control fuel and spark for mild boost(I think all theory right now)

Re: What CFM does a DE draw at 6,000rpm?

alright you want to get technical I will need the cam specs on the intake valve sizes and the flow rates of the heads. But since none of us know this I can tell you without a doubt the best ball park figure is 260 cfm without a doubt. the math equation I gave has been used for years it designed for...

Re: What CFM does a DE draw at 6,000rpm?

hey keep in mind those numbers are based on 100% V.E. but in order to produce boost you will need to hit that number and go beyound, but dude if you even get it to 100% V.E you will notice a change
