Maybe your rad cap isn't allowing the pressure release that it should be. Try a new cap, they're cheap. Perhaps your coolant overflow tube is clogged or piched. I would think that before bursting out through your upper rad hose, the coolant would run to your overflow tank, it is the path of least re...

1) If you have a test light, make sure you are getting 12-volts, and ground at the amp, and that it is turning on. 2) Try, a different set of RCA pre-outs at the deck. 3) Perhaps the deck has a setting to turn on/off the pre-outs (never seen that before). 4) Amp and deck gains turned up to audible l...

Profile Problems

Just wondering if anybody else has a problem with their profile. I can't enter my gender, birthdate, or select an avatar. The birthday and gender fields in my edit profile screen don't even show up, they're blank boxes.

Or try a gator grip socket, it's got a bunch of pins inside of it, desinged for stripped heads. Vise grips should work absolutely fine if they're very tight, as Smith said.

I'm not sure I understand what the problem is.

You know that your upper rad hose is leaking, and you're wondering why you're losing coolant?

Perhaps your concentration of water is high in your coolant, and the mixture has a low boiling point.

I have this same problem, and I thought I was going nuts. I always center them, I thought little airvent fairies or knomes were adjusting them while I was sleeping. I'm not sure how to remove them, but if you can get to a wrecker, try it out there. I'll be going over the next couple days, so if you ...

Check the fuse on the back of the CD deck. If that's fine, get a test light, and make sure that the yellow wire from the deck is connected to a constant 12-volt source. Connect the red wire to a switched 12-volt source, and the black wire to ground. If these things don't work, get a new deck. Quote:...

You have to connect the RCA's from the deck to the amp, and then speaker wires from the amp outputs to the speakers. Make sure you have stereo amps, not mono with two outputs. Also, MAKE SURE you disconnect the deck's speaker wires from the speakers when you connect the amp to the speakers or YOU WI...

Best advice I can give you right now is to read through the FAQ's. There is a goldmine of information there.

BP swap is most appropriate for a 4 cyl, v6 swap is a lot of work, and would be made more managable with a v6 donor car.
