Re: Piston won't slide into cylinder... B6 DOHC
Sanding the rings on the end is call ring end gap and should not be over looked. You need to check the manual for the correct ring end gap and set them to specifications. While your there check for piston to cylinder cylearance. That plays a special part in preventing seziures(sp?)

Its half kevlar and half normal and kevlar takes longer to break it in. so once the clutch breaks in ill be changing the oil with some royal...

Re: KLZE questions, need the pro's
Alright, so i got my ze in last week. They finished friday night. [WTB] kl31 ecu
Im looking for a kl31 ecu for my klze swap, im running rich and gas prices are killing me. i dont have the time to send out my k8 ecu to get it chipped, cant be out of a car that long.
Let me know if you have one, any resonable price is good.

Re: ze and k8 pwr steering pumps the same?
Thanks for the help. Its weird, my power steering had randomly started to work. It must have been how i was parked at my buddies house over night. hes got a slanted driveway so my theory was that there could have been air in the system and having my car parked there over night got rid of the air. So...
