i can machine the block for nothing... but machining a head costs money. if i can drop klze heads on my k8 it's an easier swap. Plus if no one has done it before i'd like to be the first to try it out!

It would be intresting to know how far off the coolant passages are. Does anyone have 2 gaskets for each motor and overlayed them to see how far off the coolant holes are? It might be possible to machine the k8 to accept the klze head.

are you sure that its the motor, cuz switcher are very well known for filing in these cars, but i have the motor and the shelve for the back, you can have everything for $60, and i will even drive it down to you if you want, i wouldn't mind going for a cruice to ottawa, let me know Sounds like a de...

Just curious... I think i may need to replace the heads shortly.

Thanks.. good to know. Problem is the bolt to adjust the tensioner is seized in with rust! I've tried to spray it every day with wd-40 but it won't budge! I've been driving my othe car around so it's not a big deal but i'd like to get my mx3 rolling again. I can't seem to find the whole assembly fro...

I desprately need both tensioner pully's that run the water pump and powersteering... and the other runs the alternator.

One is completely seized and the other is on the way out. Need them asap.
