i change my spark plug yesterday... and when i took out my old spark plug i found oil evrywhere..... i need help to know whats the problem is and how to fix it ... or any answer?

i just recently install an aluminum gt spoiler in my car, the guy who install my wing told me that theres a possibility that my wing could ripp out the whole entire back window of the car due to the hight of the wing and also a big risk if Im driving more than 80 miles/hour.....? ist true?
