thanks guys.

competition happened and i placed first in the 105+ category (bo dyweight 109.7 kg) with my final lifts being 130kg snatch ; 170kg clean & jerk. not a bad day. The competition was called the B.C. A&R memorial open. Its a qualifier for western nationals and Canadian nationals which I've now qualified for.

you shoulder might be hurting cause u might be lacking body nutrients like glucosamine (vegetables) and not enough stretching on a daily bases. Realistically ,, u need to stretch good every day.
