Air conditioning and blower problems

Post by BeauX87 »

I recently bought a 92 mx2 and as i was driving it home noticed that when the ac (or fan at any speed really) is set to the speeds of 2 and 4, nothing comes out of the vents. But when its in 1 and 3 it works. Now to top that off my AC never blows cold air. It just feels like its blowing the air from outside in. Im pritty sure I hear my condenser kick in so I don't think its that but I figured id ask you guys what you thought.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I had a similar problem in my old car in 3 speed position. If i remember correct it was the wiring connection wrong that's why it didn't work.1,2,4 was ok.

Its up under the passenger footwell. Its the only thing in the ducting besides the motor itself.
