This one I assume is for the rear o2 sensor? Its very short indeed.

Cant find any place for this to fit? And neither the cable to the right?

Tricky. Are these two connectors to the EGR on the 1.8? In that case what should be where one of them is connected?

We have left all of the EGR stuff on the 1.8 manifold. Should we swap them over also or just leave the connectors not plugged in..?

Smaller pics please..HAHA

1st pic, yes that is for the rear 02 sensor.

2nd pic, The black clip is for the 3rd coolant sensor, You have 2 choices here: 1) take the coolant filler neck off the 1.8 and swap it over, or 2) leave it unplugged and your car will run the fans whenever the key is turned on.

Also the vacuum line is for your cruise control, you can "T" it into any vacuum line off the manifold, or leave it disconnected if you don't use the cruise control.

3rd pic, the 2 EGR solenoids should only be able to clip in one way. they have a groove in them so they cannot be mixed up. Its totally up to you if you wanna swap all the EGR stuff over to the KL, if you don't you will have a Check Engine Light on all the time due to the ECU not having an EGR. If you just toss it all on and hook it up the light will not be on, but the EGR will not be functional

Any other questions please feel free to ask, I know these motors inside and out.

I agreed with Slammed, except the vaccum could be something else. Too hard to tell on that tight picture.

Just a quick question... what is that solenoid called that is behind the PCV tube at the bottom right at this picture?

Is it for the purge control?
