oil leak

plz help! oil coming from under cam belt cover on the alternator side.any ideas?

Check your valve cover, your gasket might need to be replaced. If not, it could be a bad cam seal. Take out the top two bolts holding the timing cover to the front valve cover and pull the timing cover back (dont break it). Shine a flashlight in there to see if you can tell where the oil is coming from.

You should start by explaining what type of engine you have (4/6 cyl.), how many miles, etc. The more info you give on on your car, the better we can help :)

Let us know what you find out.
