Truthfully, I've pulled my car entirely apart, and I never noticed we had a part like that.

Maybe you could make a custom one, with a big mother washer and a big bolt. With the leverage and pully-type action (around the top of the seat) that would be happening in a crash, the force on that bolt wouldn't be tremendous.

Or, make a Y shaped harness and hook it into the places where the seatback clamps back onto the rear strut towers.

Spare tire bolt?

Sorry I don't have the perfect answer.

lol! you would try to modify something for that.

build a custom enclosed box around the bracket and put speakers in it too.

Although this is the guys kid we're talking about. Whatever it is, make sure you'd use it as your seat belt. Lets not trife with the life of an infant, shal we?

I don't think there is a factory hook. Thats the only reason I suggested other things.

haven't seen one ill check and if i have one ill sell it. my cars pretty much stock except for the stereo. i personally would even think about placing my child in my mx-3. only for the simple reason is its a small car and if you get in a accident its a bit scary being a small car and all. i pray you and your child have a safe life.

Are you referring to the plate hook thing near the back of the hatch just beside the hatch spray fluid reservoir? The one that protrudes from the carpet?

isn't that for the jack crank arm thing? are we talking different things? lol. I never noticed a baby seat hook. We don't have a centre rear seat, so there should be two....
