Remote starter works, but stops engine after 2-3 seconds

Hey guys.. I got my remote starter working, except that it kills the ignition after 2-3 seconds. It kills the starter as expected, right on time (as soon as the engine lights up), the idle starts to settle, then bam.. cuts the engine.
I've been trying to figure it out for an hour now. Does this problem sound familiar to anyone? Any suggestions?

Shut off timer? maybe you have it set to seconds rather than minutes?

Good thinking, but there's only 2 settings (5/15 minutes iirc).

Bah. Found the problem. It was that shitty carvox unit.
The resistor they used on the sense line was either too low current, or too low resistance. It melted. I changed it for a 13.2kOhm 1/4 watt and it's working perfectly now. Yay remote start.
