Ok, so my car hasnt started in a while and i thought it was the ditsy so i did the hei mod with no external coil because i just replaced the old one with a new one and it didnt work so i check the plugs to see if they needed to be relaped and to check the plugs, but i find that there is oil in 2 of the 6 holes the ones on the valve cover the left and right ones i took the spark plugs out and they were in tight and looked fine so how did the oil get in there is it a craked sleve theres to much oil to so see ill let it settle back into the engine then look is it hard or can i even change the sleve if i have too?

Change you gaskets and it depends how much oil. Oil can be conductive.
