Whenever I start coming to a stop, or I put the car in nuetral. The engine slowly starts climbing RPMs to about 3k RPMs. I have to put my foot behind the gas pedal and left it up.
Im thinking its the throttle cable. If so, how am I suppose to adjust it so it doesnt do this? Im guessing I am suppose to losen it up a bit. But how would I lossen it up a bit?

Re: TPS or throttle cable?
I would guess a vacuum leak or tps actually. Check the tps first, that is fast and easy.
