How many cupholders do you guys have?

I was just wondering because I am switching to a different style consul, and I added a few to the dash, tastefully added that is. I will have 5 cup holders when my consul comes in the mail and is installed. I can post pics of all 5 if anyone would like to see them.

Wow you guys sound sad that you only got 2. I dont even have one. My car dosent seem to have anything lol. No power upgrades, no cruise control, no cup holders....the list goes on.

I have the space when you flip up the centre console, wedged between the door and the seat, and between my legs.... so 3.5 Plus two for each additional passenger.

yea i have the center counsel one too. Its only has about 8th of in inch depth though so the drink just falls out. I have dents in my car thicker then my cup holder so should i count those to?

Yeah, The cupholders for this car is pretty much stupid, and worthless. Even though the depth isnt much, It's still not that easy shifting with a huge drink right beside you. ha
Also... I'm forsure not going to wal-mart and buying one of those you stick in your window.

With the centre console, I find my self forever elbowing them out of it. I'm thinking of fabricating some and either fastening it to the seat or the side of the footwells against the dash there, like beside the shifter. It seems it wouldn't be in the way there.

Hasn't anyone here tried the 'open the center console, and empty the garbage into the back seat, and put your coffee in there' mod?

that one works great man, and you can close the lid part way on a large 'double double' coffee and it holds it in place.

yea Ive tryed that but the center counsel lid just comes loose off your drink and when you elbow it while shifting it just spills everywhere.

I do, but you can only fit one, and its still in the way. At least for my long throw shifter

Well I just bought this consul that has 3 in it, you can only use two out of the three at a time, but its 3 none the less.





An I installed this after I got it from a member on the festiva forums, It has pop out cup holders and a pop out coin tray!





I count 5 tasteful cup holders, and I can use up to 4 of them at a time!

I have that same coin and cup tray in my mx3. I believe I got it out of an older taurus . Funny thing is, I never use the cup holder, typically I try to not have drink or food in the mx. Like many of you though, I will use my legs, or the space between the bolster of the seat bottom and the e-brake.

You guys seem to have problems with your cupholders. I'm glad I have that pop-out one under the radio, '94+ FTW! lol
