does a 1992 626/mx6 rotor fit into a gs? thanks

no, they are a 5 bolt design, we are 4x100 bolt design

if i send to the shops and make it 4x100..does it fit nicely?

I have a set of MX6 rotors here. At one point I was going to use them for a simple 5 lug conversion. I am still not sure if I am going to do it or not.

Could always go with Miata rotors, those you can get a bit larger I believe.
Any reason why you want to go with larger rotors? Larger rotors add adition rotation mass which would actually slow down your acceleration. All one needs really is a good set of pads and rotors.
