Sand or Media Blasting

Does anyone have any experience or own a shop that could tell me how to prepare my car for either or, i have shavd door handles that are steel plated underneath but with a skim coat of body filller will it take off this filler and i have fiberglassed some other parts what will it do to this?

it will take off everything down to bare metal...

ok cool then i will need some metal work done cause i think there will be rust unerneath i dunno i just want soemplace to do that and then epoxy it so it will seal and by by to rust if there is any.

you should be able go avoid the spots that have been fiberglassed/body filled.
