heated seat Switches

For thsoe that have an SE or have heated seats. There is 2 switches on the colnsole for the heat and they both have 2 lights in them. One taht comes on with the instruments and another to show they are on or off. None of mine work. I took the switch apart to find 2 amll bulbs that look pretty much like a small LED. Has anyone ever replaced these. Just need to know whre you got them from. Its not a Mazda only sorta thing is it?

anyone know whre these bulbs can be found..or anyone know anything.

This would be a good application to use LED replacements bulbs. Sorry I can't tell from the photos which type of bulbs they are.
