10w60 oil

a friend of my want to use 10w60 full synthetic oil in his k8 v6 with 50 shots nitrous
is this a good choice??

here in holland they ownermanual recommend 5w30 oil

hey call a company here in holland, kroon oil and they recommend 10w60
wath in my opinion a very thick oil!

I would imagine that would clog up your HLA's pretty quick.

If you dont mind a loud (tick tick tick) from the engine...then giver.

I would not reccomend it.

i got some 5w 40 mobil one sitting, would that be ok for the V6 or should i get the 5w30?

5w30 is recommended by the shop manual and the owners manual at 5,000 mile intervals. spinx is right, your hla's wont be too happy.
