illegal flipping

i dont know if any of you guys know what this is but its basicly getting a property, making bs repairs & falseifying the value, aka, an appraisier, lender & title company has to be in on it

well a agent tried to get me into one....& i was like no...(being an agent my self, i want to do the right thing for my buyers).......i ended up talking to the head of a committee regarding flipping in my area..they want all the info that i have

you know it makes me feel great that i am doing a good job

so an update, the property settled with another company for 20,000 over what my appraiser said it should settle for & i reported it & they are investigating it.........

I want constant extra credit for being honest or otherwise I find it's just soooo much easier to lie lie lie...
