WTB mx3 in ontario

Lookin to grab a faster mx this summer, and with more options than my 92 SOHC. Pretty much, here's what i'm looking for (more or less).

Any year
GS
5 Speed
Under 170,000 km
Power stuff (including sunroof)
very little to no rust
Interior is not a very big concern for me
and last but not least...a car in good shape

I've got a gs for sale problem is it has 260,000k

but the engine is around 100,000

my friend got a klze mx-3 with pretty much all bolt ons..nice rims too..
it's writen in french but you get the idea
