New Products Development for our cars wanted

Post by DavidOS »

this forum area is kinda lacking but here is a list of things i would love to see for our cars

Bolt on turbo for the ZE/DE would be nice... and if not the turbo some bolt on piping that can fit easily enough.

projectors for our cars, or some kinda headlight upgrade

a larger fuel rail option for the v6s

larger injectors

easy to find fully adj. suspension.... for a reasonable price.

fidanza lightweight aluminum flywheels cost us like 450 bucks, WTF
seriously its not hard to make a light weight aluminum flywheel for at most HALF that.

lightweight pulleys for the v6 that dont cost 200usd thats bullcrap as well its like 1lb of aluminum milled down into a circle with the same ribs for the belts... 200 bucks my a--.... try like 100 bucks MAX.

i know ppl wanna make money but they stand to make more if they have customers who know they are getting a decent deal and good parts.

anyone else think of some things in here post em:D it would be a good list to have.

I alreasy startred my projector project..already have one customer and he will tell you how well I did. Im sure he will be VERY please since these lights are coming out WAY better than mine and easier to make. Practice makes perfect. Im even thinking of buying the projectors onlyine and selling them already cut at a fixed price...that will be until I ave more funds. For the time being be on the look out for fedback on these projectors then once people see that I am legit email hgallegos915@msn.com Takes around a week to make these and I could boost production with if i get a helper locally.

this all seems more of a "fantasy list" than a "wish list"... how much of what's posted on here will become a reality... probably none of it sadly

Keep hope alive...isn't that what we have been doing already?

Don't forget you own a car that has not been made in about a decade, and yet we still find a way to make people with brand new cars drool over ours.

This entire forum, site and every member is a testament for inginuity...and hope.

Fuel rails... PMO makes it (cant seem to find their website)
Injectors.. Millenia S injectors are much bigger. Or you can have it re-threaded for nissan injectors.
Turbo Kit.. PMO also makes turbo piping for the K series PGT/MX6.
PMO makes a billet aluminum intake as well.

There are many parts for your cars, just browse probetalk, you may find alot more than u think.

My friend daniel and I are in the planning stages of a distributorless ignition system.

PMO even has Megasquirt. if you arent familiar with megasquirt..

One problem, PMO's web site precisionmotorsportonline.com is not valid anymore.

with regards to the turbo setups, they won't work in an MX-3 as the space between the front crossmember and the engine is too narrow.

might be to narrow but thats why you have a cutting torch and a welder and some extra metal to make it bigger. :)

The one and only thing that can and should be produced is a set of on piece strut braces that clear the Millenia manifold.
