getting rid of mx3 and had to show you it first

Post by foxhound »

Well guys, I know I don't post much but I finally got some pics up on the net. Tell me what you think. Also if any one is wondering, those are h&r springs and zx2 struts. They are a horrible setup, I've had them for a year now, awful clunging noise and stiff as shiit. And those are 17x7 motegi mr7 with 205/40/17 rubber.

nice overall car... are you sure the clunking noise are coming from your spring/struts? aren't H&R suppose to be lower than that ? this look like my drop with ST springs.. I hate the zx2 struts too but in my case I find they are too soft. wanna trade :D

Thanks for the replies! I took off the H&R springs and put the stock springs back in with the zx2 struts, and no more clunking. My alignment is off again even with just the shorter zx2 struts. I hate driving it like this now, there is no feedback from the road and the steering feels rubbery. I took them off to try and sell it seeing as I don't think anybody would buy with the loud clunking noise.

definetely not the H&R`s that are the problem.
I`ve had them installed for about 2 years now, and no clunking at all.
