b&m short throw for mx-3

im just about to get a short thrower for my mx cuz i found one for 94 bucks! but i havent done the ze swap yet, and plan to in the next 6 months. should i hold out? ie. am i going to need to get another one when i do the swap or will it swap over?

if i keep the mx-3 tranny i should be able to keep it right?

you can put it in now, it wont matter, it dont come out when you swap
