Rear Discs?

I'm not big on the whole MX3 trim levels, but did any of them come with rear discs? If not, does anyone know if the rear spindles from a PGT/6LS would be compatible with the 3 so as to perform a rear disc conversion?

Ummmm........
My friend's GS with 1.8L V6 certainly seems to have drums on the rear by my semi trained eye....

My GS had all disk brakes, 93. Seems as every US spec GS had rear disk brakes,

Ditto. My '92 GS(USA) had rear discs, and my '93 GS(CAN) has them too. If there's a GS that came stock with rear drums, it has to be an anomaly.

There's two bolts that hold the calipers on. If you remove those, then the whole thing will come off.

I had no problems removing mine, nor did anything obstruct me from taking them off either.

I removed my caliper too..but there are like...two pointy things in the way where the caliper bracket is that get completely in the way of removing the rotor.

The main obstruction is the fact that the rotor can't "angle" out of the way of those bracket things b/c of the lugnut studs. At least thats how my car is...its non-abs

Is your rotor screwed into the hub still?

use like an impact wrench to remove some of the screws cause they can be a pain.
