A few shots of my ride

Post by 2.5mx3 »

Hey guys,
I was at the park today and I took a few pics of the car, since it's the cleanest its been in months. Too bad that I decided to wait until the cloudiest day in a week, and the lighting is bad. Let me know what you think, if you get a chance!
Btw, most of the shots are from the left side -- there's a nasty scratch on the right side of the front spoiler that I haven't fixed yet, so the only shot I got of it was from a little distance! Besides that, I wanted to get the water in most of the pictures. Oh, and please don't mind the fact that one of the fog light lenses has broken and fallen off. Gotta fix that too. :D Enjoy.
http://home.comcast.net/~olorin2/P9120151.JPG

You think? I was never sure if I liked the look of them, or not. I do want the rear to appear a little lower...

What side skirts are those? They go very well with the front lip. It would be nice if there was a rear lip that you could put on, but the only thing to mind is the Pakfifer rear lip, which might over do it.
Looks good bro!
one

very nice choice of rims with the skirt... but i think the oem skirt would be good enough to have mud guards in there. from those pics, i think the mud guards will be lower than the skirts.. no?
especially since the skirts curve upwards a bit it would look a little off with the mud guards.. but i might be wrong i'd have to see it.
(hey do those wind deflectors block winds from getting into the car when you're on the freeway?)

I think I remember getting a lot of turbulence inside the car before I put them on. Plus, I think they look good. I was thinking of having them painted to match the car...
Shaun, thanks. And you suck. :)
Jason, I thought you'd recognize that place. I had to snap those pics quickly -- the rangers don't like you parking on the grass. lol

Yeah, the Mother's wax is the best I've found. It even does a much better job than Meguier's Gold Class wax. Just makes it look so shiny, the pictures don't do it justice.

That looks amazing!
Another blaze red mx'er ;) The california gold does an awesome job when I use it as well.
Those rims are nice- overall a clean looking ride, not overkilled with fiberglass but not nearly bone stock. excellent job *clap clap*
