Hello everyone!
Hello everyone!
Hi everybody, I'm new to the board. I don't actually own a MX6 GS, but I bought my fiance one yesterday and I'm as into it as she is.
Couple quick q's though. Anyone know how hard it is to remove the driver's side door panel? The lock won't open with the key and I have to get in there and fix it. I haven't tried yet, but I probably will be tonight.
Also, I've seen a couple in here talking about the moon roof leaking. I haven't had this thing in the rain yet, but just in case, anyone know how to fix it?
I'll probably be asking for a lot of advice from you guys, you seem to know your stuff.
Just in case you're wondering, yes, it is a 1992 MX3 GS. We got it with 77k miles on it, no radio and a couple of little problems (paint has some scratches, looks like a jealous keying, power seatbelt on driver's side doesn't work and seatbelt light stays on, and the driver's side lock). The color is a teal color which looks really eye-catching and sharp on it. My fiance' loved it at first sight and drive.
Sorry for the novel. All I really wanted to do was introduce myself.

Welcome aboard...just fasten your seat belt and enjoy the ride. Manny
Re: Hello everyone!
I believe the seat belt problem your having is a recall from Mazda. Id at least try to see if they can fix it as warrenty work for you. Someone else had the problem and Mazda fixed it for them. On the door panel part, undo the screws in the door cup that you pull on to shut the door , then carefully pry the power window panel up and un plug it, then just pull that baby Off, it pulls straight out, then lift up . Id start on the side were the "Touch" button is .
Chris
