Of the different ones I've tried I've been happiest with the Royal Purple brand.

Redline MT90 is the only way to go. This stuff works amazingly well. Shifter goes into gear so easily after I replaced my fluid with this stuff.

Expensive, but why buy crap $2/qt fluid when it comes to your transmission? Redline is like 8 a qt but you only have to change the fluid every 30k miles or so...so its worth the extra $$$

I changed to pensoil synchromesh (autozone, $5/q, compatible with coper in tranny). It really helps to smooth the shifting.
