It`s probably in stock, but Bosal sells only to Mazda now.
Atleast that`s the answer I got from 3 different shops here in Norway.
Mazda here in Norway wanted $590 (that`s US dollars)
Is it the flexpipe part that has a hole, or the piping itself?
nope-mx3

If you can't find the stock part you could always take the car to some place that does custom exhaust and have them do a custom pipe for you. Often times that is just as cheap or cheaper than the original part.
