amp question

just wondering if i can wire two dual 4ohm VC subs to a single amp and run it at 2 ohms<p>and what amp would you recommend

Yes, as long as the amp is 2ohm stable. Well to decide about what amp to get. Look at your subs wattage ratings. Try to match your rms watts at 2ohms. For example: If your subs are 500rms to 1000max, then your amp should be at least 500rms at 2ohms.
