MX-3's in the snow!!!

Post by 93SOHC »

I drove my MX in the snow for the firs time last night and it wasn't too bad. Wasn't to great either. Worst thing was that the ruts in the road were so bad they broke off one of my front mudgaurds. Guess i'll be gettin some sideskirts! I'd like to see other oppinoins about how others feel about drivin in that white cr*p

Dude!!! upgraded suspension (not too low), good snow tires, and good brakes - I love driving in the winter!!! Five speed all the way!!!
Can't wait to see how the BP will do. Got more torque now, so hopefully there will be less tire spinning this year.

Minnesota... ::cries::

I hate cold, snow, and that damned salt that RUINS cars.

Though, it is reallllly fun going out into a parking lot with some buddies at 2 in the morning, and driving around like maniacs.

I had a video of me driving around in the snow a couple of years ago.. I got no way to post it on the internet though but it was just brutal.. That was the only time it ever saw winter and it will never see it again.

This is what I am driving now.. :p

Well this will be my mx's first and only winter in the snow. The previous owner (who bought it off the showroom floor) never drove it in the snow, cause they had a 4x4. I still have no rust, except on the exhaust, , so I hope one winter won't rust it up too bad. I work at a gas station, so I get free car washes whenever I want. p.s. my tires are fairly bald in the front, so im gettin them rotated. This should help, but I still miss my Subaru when it comes to snow!
