I have to sell my 88 formula v8 pontiac firebird
I bought it off ebay a couple of weeks ago, with hopes of fixing it up. My dad doesnt want me to keep it, he says its too much power for me..*sigh* i dont know, i think it is just because I am a chick. Anywho..im selling it. Looking to get at least 700.00 for it..or any offers..it has 155k miles on it. Runs great.Starts right up, never stalled on me. V8 engine auto. T tops(they do not leak)..i think the a/c needs to be recharged or fixed..it works from time to time..the exhaust system is great and not too loud..tires are almost new
Needs a lot of body work..interior is not the greatest either..needs a driver side tail light..all lights work inside and out..trunk latch thingy needs to be replaced or fixed..email at epounds803@aol.com for pics and more info if you are interested..again asking 700 but i will let the car go for just about anything at this point..i just need it out of my garage..thanks

i dont know..he doesnt like the size of the car..he thinks its too big for me

personally, if the cars in good shape and you like it, i'd say who cares what others say and drive what you enjoy. It also depends on your skill of driving. A powerful rear wheel drive car can be fun, but dangerous in low traction conditions like rain and worse, snow, where too much gas can cause the rear to come out and possibily loose control of the car, unless you intended of doing that which would be called a powerslide or a drift, depending on how it was done)

It sound like a fun car with good potential. I know i regret selling my dirt bike listening to my parents. Although my parents suggested to me to look into a car instead of a truck, they actually suggested against my mx-3 it cause it had too little milleage, but I'm glad i got her and don't regret it at all.

Man, I'd love to get a look and maybe buy your Formula as a possible project car... but now get this... my wife says it's too much power for me... lol.
