chaning rear wiper
how do you get plastic part off the rear windows to change the rear wiper? does it just snap off or is there a screw i am not seeing?

If you lift the wiper up, turn it around so that the blade is facing away from the car. There is a little tab at the bottom of the U shaped part. Push that towards the wiper arm (you can also stick a slot screwdriver in the cutout in the arm is the tab is not there). Push the wiper towards the back of the car (or down depending on which way the arm is facing). It should come off now.
