Dan, I recently done stuff to my power windows so if you need help I can give ya some. Anyways here is a tip look at the online manual and go to the z section pg z-104 that gives you a wiring diagram of the system and how it should operate. the passenger switch needs to get power to it to work. the diagram will help out otherwise if you are desperate email me and I could come meet you.

my car didn't have power windows stock, and i managed to get a hold of 2 doors that did, since one of mine got messed up (some jerk ran me off the road 2 days after i got it, 4 grand worth of body damage) but i ended up using the driver's switch to control both windows...if i have one down, they're both down, so i figured i didn't need 2...and i turned the passenger switch into a horn button, cuz my g/f loves messing with the horn (i had to ghetto rig it to my alarm siren to get past inspections)
