will not start?

92 mx3 will turn over and want to start but doesn't. If I let it sit for about 40min it will. Only happens when it is cold or damp outside. I replaced distributor cap plus wires. I'm thinking fuel problum. What do you guy's think.`

mine was having similar symptoms and turned out ot be a bad sensor in the distributor. had to get a whole new one. Might wanna get it put on a computer to see what codes are coming up to get a better idea.

probably old battery, my lexus wouldnt start today, had to jump start it from mx3, would crank but wouldnt start, battery gets affected by cold temperatures especially old ones.
