inlet size

im getting a muffler,how big is the inlet size?the muffler i want to get has a 2.5 inch inlet

most aftermarket muffs are 2.5". The stock MX size is like 1.75" I beleive. A muffler shop can make it work tho.

how much does it cost for the muffler shop to install a muffler on?so i can get a muffler with a 2.5 inch inlet and they will make it fit for me?

I have custom down pipe 2 1/2 no catalistic<BR>and muffler 3" SOUNDS SUPER GREAT<P> SUREN :eek: :eek:
