for fuel management etc.. scroll up a couple msgs you see what i have posted there if you want to go more than 5psi you have to go with extra stuff other than that your stock klze gear can handle up to 5psi.

ill will release the injector/fuel management upgrade kit after i have extensivly tested one on the kit that is being built. but keep in mind youll also start running into the horrid realization that its time to upgrade internals at this point to go beyond 10psi without blowing the engine.

now that is not bad..cause I don't have a massive turbo just a Garrett T40E so I don't think it should cause too much of a hassle in terms of installation..should it? And ya 1500 bucks would have my interest for sure. And like you said if you are going for a base 5psi boost most of the stock ZE components should be sufficient.

But would you be able to get the forged pistons if I needed to go above 5psi?

forged pistons is more a specialty shop item .. i could probably get some good pricing on these at a later date with another group but action. get used to the 5psi first lol..
if your supplying your own turbos i cant guarantee a perect mate, but like most turbo swaps it wouldnt be difficult to modify to fit.

IIRC it was stated a t3 in the first page...but IMO a t3 would be too small for our application.even if you get a t3/t04E it's a t3 trubine so exhaust won't be a problem..but intercooler piping would be different

the turbos are fine ill get more exacts on what model the turbo is once the numbers are finalized as i can barter to get a good rate on decent turbos... the major b**tch in this project is the intercooler addtional piping.

alternatly i can find out if we can ditch the intercooler and go with a kit thats just one really big turbo... arg...
need to get some solid numbers now as the fabricator wants to know how many ppl are in for this to make sure the pricing is accurate.

not to sound like an @ss but this looks like the projector post..we going to fill the thread with tons of reply but nothings going to happen..

nope not sounding like an *** ... for all of you interested read the inital posts...
kits consisits of complete turbo,intercooler and piping.
