First drive today after the paintjob! Still many hours of assembling left + dig up the sideskirts which are buried in the snow.

Thanks for comments. More pictures soon.
Isnt it annoying? I test mounted the skirts, then put them away beside the wall of the garage, then parked the car at home over the winter. When i got in the right mood to finally work on the car, i drove to the garage tp pick them up. But no! All the snow from the roof had gathered exactly ove the skirts. At least 1.5 meter rock solid snow/ice! That was two weeks ago or so and the weather is much warmer now. So i just wait and wait for it to melt.. :)

Anyone who can recommend what the perfect size of the tires would be? The rims is 17" and the drop is 35-40mm. I have two fat winter tires at the rear atm, with 225/45. And they are a real pain to drive with, they hit the arches constantly, and to have a passenger is pure horror. 215/40 would be fine i guess?

Wow! 225 at the rear, are you running the same in the front? l think with a 17 rim you prob. will have rubbing when turning.Being that your car is lowered, l would look into 205/40/17 imo.My car is dropped 1 3/4 inch and have 195/55/15 and it rubs alittle when leaving driveways.

I have 205/40 17's but I'd like to change them to 45's because of the poor conditions so many streets are in and high curbs plus every garage hoist ramp I've driven on my underside rubs a little. I carry two 2 X 8" boards to soften the angle going up onto the ramps. 45's will bring your RPM down as well example would be going 104-5kms rather than 100 at the same rpm.
