I came across the email but too busy to answer it. Any way the kits cost 2400 and I install and dyno tune for another 500. But I can promise maximum power. I can deliver 350 wheel out of the stock B6 with the right turbo, inj, intercooler and exhaust.

In the meantime, I am too lazy to make some poly mounts and need some so I need a price. In the mean time I will try to see if I have time for the DYNO and track for wednesday. If not I should be able to hit the track again with the new setup at the same 10 psi. Lat time I did 12.7. This time I expect low 12 at the same boost. Limegreen I hope you have a Cam-Corder. besides I need the mounts before I go too far.

if you guys send me some i can make poly filled mounts. we could do like 10 bucks a mount pluss shipping. let me know

thies were my first set. my seccond set Bugs has, and they were filled out to about an inch past the sleve, to ensure they would fill the entire mount.

it takes a couple of days for the turn over but within about 3 or 4 days i can have them mailed back out.

all i need is the mounts, front rear, i can do the side mounts as well. so you would need to send me your mounts, the cost is 10 bucks per mount, and enough to cover shipping so i can send them back. PM me if your intrested. Turn over is two to three days.

Josh...those are beautiful!

I'f I wasn't turning mine into solid mounts I'd be sending you mine!

Would you be interested in doing mounts from other cars (ie...Honda's, Mitsu's, Toyota's, etc...)???

They are beautiful, and they make my car feel awesome. Engine movement is down a bunch. Really worth it. And the $10 per mount is like material so you guys are getting an awesome deal.

OK I was at the DYNO last night with it. So I am sleepless in San Antonio for right now.

475 WHP 325 ft trq. This was at 18 psi. As soon as I get the motormounts in, then I will return to get more.

how much boost did you build your engine to handle? Are you happy about those numbers?

Posted: May 8th, 2006, 7:33 pm
by Minimonster
Well the Motor is built to handle lots more. 40 plus psi. I dont think I will ever get there any time soon. My current fuel system is only good for about 25 psi. I do have a 4.5 bar map sensor ready. I hope to take a break at 600 hp to take care of the remaining fuel system and suspension.

Its on track to make 500 hp at 20 properly tuned so I will be happywhen it does that. I really want to see close to seven at 30 psi.

I have this thread bookmarked because this is basically what i'm going to do with my bp.

The only difference i guess is that i'm building for torque. Are you more concentrating on horsepower in this build? Is this a strictly track only car?

From your experience in building more extreme bps, what are your thoughts on supercharging this particular motor? How difficult would this be?

Thanks again man, this is a good thread
