The stuttering is almost gone.

I replaced the spark wire between my coil and disti. Because of the mini-tower on top of the disti and the movement of the car it came lose when driving.

Timing reset again, it fluctuates a bit between 9-11 degrees. Gonna give it another go

I'm with everyone else, it seems like an ignition problem. Maybe even try removing he whole HEI and trying a good stock dizzy and see if the problem is there at all.

There was a ignition wire stuck between my intake manifold and hood when I closed the hood. (One part of the problem )

^^Good job - you are getting to the source of your ignition problems. I'm not sure it was confirmed in earlier posts: Your timing will vary with engine speed. That is why timing must be set after the car has warmed up, it is idling at spec and the ECU is put into diagnostic mode by jumping the pins. Your spark plug cables need a little space between them if at all possible. Make sure connections to the disty cap and spark plugs are secure.

Good luck running down the last couple of gremlins.

The first part was with the ignition cable running to my external coil.
The second part was that I cut a wire between the hood and the intake manifold.

Once I fixed both I could reset my timing. It bounced between 8-10 degrees, now the car runs just fine :)
