Is there a OBD reader on the market which can get live data(like temp's and rpm's and stuff) to a PC/laptop for an 1993 MX-3 ? ive been looking for a while for this but i cant seem to find this anywhere.

Nope - there is no "OBD" reader to do that - Mazda dealer equipment *may* do something like that - but it costs anywhere from 5k-10k.

If you really want readings like that you can convert to a newer engine and ECU or you can get aftermarket engine management systems like megasquirt, TEC etc
