Well i got it fixed. With the battery out, and tb off i was able to cut the end of the line off where it was ripped, and than since the battery was out of the way, i was able to slide the end back onto the tb, and move the pinch clamp back onto the nipple. I hope this works, because the other end of that line is next to impossible to remove since somebody put a tiny hose clamp on the line and the side that screws faces the firewall. So there is no room to get that clamp off.
