Thanks guys.

Yes, I will work my way down to 12's. It's coming ;)

Next time I'm going to try a different launch technique. I figured out if I dump from high enough, it just spins and doesn't hop. So i'll try that next time.

The scary thing is, this is the closest strip and its 150 miles away. The mx3 hasn't let me down yet, but I'm a little worried I'll break something.

I'm running 205/50/15 michelin pilot CS slicks mounted on teggy rims for the strip. I throw em in the hatch and switch when I get to the strip.

Right now, I'm in the process of building a KLDE with forged rods and pistons. I finally decided that I want more than 350 whp, and I want an engine that will reliably do so.

I'm actually looking into buying another mx3. It's a blue '93 V6. It might get the built motor, a bigger turbo with new pipes, FMIC, 17" rims, and all the good stuff. Hopefully all works out, we'll see.

This may sound stupid but ever think of making your MX3 RWD or AWD?
I know there arent any KL series trannys that can do it but its VERY possible with other types of trannys. Just look at that guy who made his K8 RWD
