MX-3 in XMEN 2?

I just saw Xmen 2 and there was a scene in the beginning when Wolverine was driving out of the mansion, and the car looked like a souped up MX-3. First I thought it wasn't, then I saw the Mazda emblem on the front, or it could of been a Toyota, anyway, I thought it was an MX-6 at first, but a second look at the back, looked like a hatchback. Anyone have a second insight?

hey u know what would be awsome... if they made a X2 edition of the RX-8, including the spoiler rims and body kit. i would buy it so fast. i would rob a bank if i needed to.

there is such thing, i was looking @ the japanese mazda site and they already made that kit for the RX8, but i didnt see the wing as a part of that kit.
