What the?!?! If they are telling the truth, why would they do that? I wonder if that picture was the prototype for the current Focus. I have seen prototype cars before, and they never look like a present/past car. Any idea who is doing most of the work on it? Ford? Volvo? Mazda? Just curious to see what the quality will be like, and who is building the motor. Volvo better get it right this time, and stick a manual transmission in the S40/V40. Guys in Europe are lucky because they can get the S40/V40 with 200HP (high pressure turbo) and a stick! We get a 170HP (light pressure turbo) (which isn't TOO horrible) but only with an auto. Whatever they do, I hope it comes out good.

It looks to me like the Volvo was under the white Focus body, like it was wearing Focus clothes or something LOL. Maybe they are doing that, and then they are going to "shed it's skin" and then since the Focus looks so crappy it will make the Volvo look that much better. hahaha
