best web hosting and questions

Im going to be getting a domain name and web space soon. sometime this month. I was just wondering if anyone had done any research as to who has the best price/quality. I found [url=http://www.lunarpages.com,]www.lunarpages.com,[/url] good price. The bandwith options are 20gb and 60gb, 3.95$ for ecery extra gb, and they dont just tack that on, you have to order it once you run out of your monthly space.
sound like a good deal? 7.95$ a month or 22.95$
