Re: this is ridiculous!
Yeah I agree, even though the SI is the top model, with almost $30k you can build it that way for less.

Yep, my buddy has a civic which he got for $3500, and got the si motor for $500, swapped it himself. I mainly posted it cause the car is so ugly it almost made me barf, then I saw how much it went for. :p

Re: this is ridiculous!
Thats way too much for that car, probably some spoiled rich kid who wanted a tricked out civic but didn't want to do any of the work himself-I can't think of anyone else who would pay that much for that car. You could get a nice used Audi S4 for that much!<p>...Hmm that gives me a good idea-we should all put our MX-3s on e-bay and then all bid on eachother's cars therefor artificially driving the prices through the ceiling, then some rich sucker comes along and pays like $25000 for an Mx-3 thinking "wow, these Mx-3s are a hot commodity, I really got a good deal!"

Re: this is ridiculous!
lets see, what could you do with 30 g's? Get a new 350Z, turbo charge an mx-3 3 times over with a stand alone fuel management system fully built internals and nice exterior, import a skyline gts r33, downpayment on a house, lol, travel the world with money to spare, but nope, I think I'll buy an orange civic.
