anyone else enjoy setting off alarms with your exhaust?

Post by marshmallow15 »

lately i've been setting off a lot of alarms in parking garages by just starting my car up. then slowly creeping at around 4-10 mph there's like 3 chirps and a WOO WOO WOO!
my girlfriend driving behind me sets off a lot of alarms as well with her 95 240sx..she just loves doing that. she has an apexi n1 exhaust and it isn't that loud.
anyone else do this a lot by accident or do you enjoy it?

yea um this is a really honda"ish" post. Why would you want to set off someones alarm with a loud 4 banger exhaust? Sounds kinda childish.

I used to set off alarms with my 2 sealed 12's and thought it was kewl as hell. I think insulting somthing someone else enjoys without provocation is....childish. Let him have his fun.

Just as long as the cars are okay, a guy I used to work with had a proximity alarm on his jetta and someone got pissed at it and kicked in his door. Not cool at all.

i didn't say that 'I' enjoyed it.. i said that my girlfriend enjoyed it.
note: if i enjoyed it, i wouldn't be creeping at 4-10 mph... i would be flooring the pedal.

Forget about garages, sometimes I am just driving down some side roads in Toronto, just going about 40 km/h and I have set off a few alarms once in a while from parked cars.
Once I was parallel parking behind this one car and I set off its alarm, at first I thought maybe I bumped the car but I was like a mile away from it.

LMFAO, you gunna cry too man? I wasn't taking offence I was simply stating my oppinion. Too bad people on here are taking things I say to heart. I've never pretended to be "the people's moderator." You state an oppinion, and I state mine. Simple as that.
You insulted him by saying that this was a honda'ish' post, and that it sounds kinda childish. Bro, if you can sling the insults you better be able to take them without throwing a tantrum.
BTW, you're the one that has a problem with me. I have no problem with you. You wanna talk sh!t, you know my AIM name.
